"I have to tell you, my girls love the tree! They're so excited to have it "back", they really missed getting up and fighting over who gets the top bed! My parents helped my put it together last night, and we were in stitches for hours! As soon as the base came out of the box, both cats started sharpening their claws and jumping on top, they played a little "king of the hill"...until we took the top part out of it's box. Then they started climbing straight up, even though we didn't have the beds on! They looked a bit confused, like, "hey, isn't there supposed to be more up here?". SO funny!! Super Corner Superness!

"Yes, paying over $200 for what is basically a cat fortress is absurd, and I acknowledge that. Still, my new Russian Blue kitten just couldn't seem to stop climbing my bookshelves and knocking my DVDs all over the place, so a 5'5" carpeted kitten tower seemed like a good option.

The tower arrived in three pieces but was easy to assemble with no tools needed. It's a heavy sucker at 65lbs, but the weight is not distributed as evenly as I had hoped. The tower does wobble a little which initially freaked my cat out sufficiently as to avoid it, but she soon grew comfortable with the relatively minor instability.

Now, she can't get enough of it. The fact that the unit is built to slide into a corner is fantastic since it is a large unit and the less space it requires, the better. I put mine right up against the windows so she can sit on the top two perches and stare out onto the street below. When she isn't sun bathing on the top perches, she is sleeping in the covered third level or batting the tough leather and carpet ball below.

Aside from the slight wobble, the construction is excellent. The carpet pieces are heat-bonded to the wood frame, eliminating the need for dangerous staples or nails that a cat could dig out. Also, the two front bottom legs of the structure are wrapped tightly in a very thick, rough twine that Sasha loves tearing into. They have proven to be a great way to keep her from clawing the new couch.

In short, it may be expensive but I would dare say it is worth it. I cannot imagine why a cat wouldn't absolutely love this thing."

Once assembled, they jumped on and started climbing and playing - they did not even need an adjustment period to get used to this new large furniture piece (For example, when we got a new sofa, they sniffed timidly around it for a weeks or so, before they got comfortable with it). One of our cats was very shy, and would hide in the bedroom a lot - since we got the BigFoot, he is out in the den all the time, playing with the other boys and being very social. About an hour after it was assembled, three of the five cats had found their favorite places. The Himalayan staked her territory in the little house, and since her back is beige it is the perfect camouflage. If not for the black face and tips of her paws, you could hardly see her.

Wally Cat goes Wild for his Kitty Gym

We received the kitty gym last week (78 inch open tray). We didn't even have it assembled yet and our 10 month old kitten, Wally, was already trying to climb it. He loves it, especially the feather toy! When on top, he feels like the "king of the world!"

Kudos to the Kittywalk

Just wanted to let you know how wonderful your Kittywalk System is, and how we are enjoying it.

We are "Snowbirds", Canadians who spend the winter months in Florida. We travel with 2 Siamese cats, "Murphy & Ziggy" and find it so simple to park, stake out our 2 catruns, which we have joined together, add the 2 Kabanas, pop in the cats and then get down to getting ourselves settled in, without the worry of "are the cats in the truck or have they escaped"!

Recently we purchased the "Stroller" and once again we are just delighted with the product. I can take them both in the same stroller - and we just whip around the campsite, I get my daily exercise and they sit right up together and check out the scenery.

When laundry day dawns I simply remove the carrier and use the base to haul my laundry hamper to the laundromat. Excellent!!!

The only problem I have encountered so far is that people keep stopping me on my daily walks and at our campsite to ask where we got such a "setup" !!

I have given out your website address more times than I can count - it really is great - and for anyone with an RV - part-time or full-timers its ideal.

I have attached a photo of myself with the cats in the stroller....hope you enjoy it...and thank you again...The "cat condo" will be the next item I will add to my system . that will really have them stopping to check us out.

Thank you so much for so generously donating the Bigfoot to my cat Mimi who was taped for the show: "Beverly Hills Vet."

My initial challenge with Mimi was that she followed me everywhere, meowing and standing on the counters to get close to me. Now she enjoys her Bigfoot instead of following me! She loves to sit on all the different levels, specially the level that is getting the sun at the time.

She took to it immediately, and within less than 2 minutes, was playing with one of the dangling carpet-ball toys. She seemed to know right away that this was for her.

Sushi in her Corner Tower

The 34 inch Corner Tower is a regular part of Sushi's life . . . she uses both the sisal and carpeted posts to scratch on, lounges at the top, and plays with the feather toy you provided. I was so relieved about her using it for scratching, having failed with various versions, including flat with sisal, round cardboard, and a cedar board.

I am glad I went to the slightly added expense of getting both sisal and carpet legs, since Sushi seems to enjoy the variety.

Crazy about Crazy Circle

She is usually entertained for a few minutes and then walks away, but these toys have her playing for long periods of time. She loves the challenge of trying to get the ball in the crazy circle.
