I Ordered a modified Kitty Gym w/double cube 78" High in white & am astounded by the quality. Being a type A merchandise perfectionist, I found your quality exceeded by specs. WoW!! DId I ever make the right decision by ordering this wonderlful gym. No pet stores here in Northern Ohio even come close to the solid, superb quality of your product! Even the innovative design is one of a kind! I could never find the bottom of the carpet its sooo thick!

First, please give my thanks to Brian who was so helpful and quick to respond to my questions. The Tom Cat Condo with Perch arrived in great shape yesterday. And it is wonderful. I thought the dangling bird was a piece of fluff and would not interest my guys. Wrong! The first hour they had the condo - after they tentatvely explored it - was spend tearing the life out of that poor parrot. In forty minutes the first tail feather went flying. But I must say it has held up to much abuse by both Opie (a 4 year old, 16 lb. red haired tabby) and Niles (a 7 month old, 12 lb. grey and white tuxedo).

These guys have had MORE FUN going in and out of the condo, leaping onto the top platform and curling up on top of the condo. Whoever is on the platform leans over and entices the one on the condo to come up and the cycle goes 'round and 'round! I must tell you I'd been looking for months to get just the right thing. And I'm glad I did a lot of research because by the time I found you, I knew you made a good, sturdy and safe product. Anyway, many thanks for an all around terrific internet experience. I have 2 pcs of your furniture. My 2 cats play everyday and every evening on the piece that has 3 tubes and a v-tray on top. I have attached a photo of Dusty & Mokie (brother & sister). They both are sitting on my legs to enjoy the warmth. They are 2-1/2 yrs old so they are still very active.

Just wanted to write a letter and send a photo for proof because you wouldn't believe me without a picture. We visited my sister who not only has two dogs but a very spoiled cat. We just recently adopted a Dachshund/Chiuaua mix. Upon our arrival at my sister's house our little Lily immediately climbed into the cat tree!!! Not only did Lily take out all the kitty toys she "staked out" the top house as her own territory. We recently received our own tree for Lily... but haven't had the nerve to tell her that it's a Kitty Tree!

Received the kitty gym on Wed - Had to put it up right away... my children love it! The cat's don't know what to make out of it... The bigger one went into the top piece and took up the whole area - he was quite confused!

I've had several of your cat trees for my cats over the years and they have really enjoyed them. My most recent cat, Cherubino, when he was a kitten, used the hole in one of the platforms of the large model, hanging his head down through the hole to see if he could see his tail hanging off the edge. If he did, he would jump through and try to grab it. It took us a while to figure out what the heck he was doing. Most of the time he would end up falling through the hole but sometimes he caught his tail, and then he was trapped. He would entertain himself for something like a half an hour, just playing that one game.

Thanks so much for helping Valentino (we didn't pick that name, my mother did!) get set up with his cat tree. He loves it. My sister had a dog for 14 years so she's learning how to play with a cat and to figure out how they think. They're going through the grieving process together and it looks like it'll all work out.

Brno (6 years) and Shalla (1 year) love their kitty gym. Shalla prefers to go up the back way, who needs steps when you're a kitten, right! Brno prefers to lounge on the nice wide top tray, where he can survey his kingdom. When we first got the gym we coaxed Brno into the triangle with some catnip, Shalla pawed the dangling triangle in her usual curious way. When she jumped down to get a different view of her brother her claw got momentarily stuck and she inadvertenly spun Brno around. He was so high on the catnip he didn't seem to notice :-) Thanks for this wonderful piece of cat furniture!
